Warranty for Code Red Technologies Hardware Products

This warranty covers the following Code Red Technologies Hardware Products:

Warranty

Code Red Technologies warrants to you that the Product shall be free from defects in manufacturing materials and workmanship under normal use for the period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase of the Product.

No firmware or software tools are covered by this warranty, which includes any firmware or software which may have been supplied with or preloaded into the Product. Any warranty (if any) given regarding software or firmware supplied with a Product shall be governed by the specific end user licence agreement supplied with such software or firmware. If there is no such agreement then no warranty applies to the software or firmware.

If any hardware modifications or changes are made to the Product, or if the product has been misused during the Warranty Period, then this invalidates the warranty.

Warranty Returns for purchases from a third party

If you purchased the Product from a company other than Code Red Technologies, please contact your supplier for warranty returns.

Warranty Returns for purchases direct from Code Red Technologies

If you purchased the Product direct from Code Red Technologies (including the Code Red Technologies "Kagi" online store), then if the Product fails within the Warranty Period, then, subject to you first returning the defective unit to Code Red Technologies, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace your unit, in each case free of charge.

To make a claim under this Agreement, you must contact the Code Red Technologies support team, before the end of the Warranty Period, providing:

Once the Code Red Technologies support team has confirmed your warranty claim and agreed that the Product should be returned, Code Red Technologies will issue a return material authorization number (RMA) together with instructions for the return of the product. You agree to use all reasonable efforts to return the product in its original packaging. Failure to pack the product suitable for return may result in the warranty being invalidated. You should refer to the RMA number when returning the defective product.

Once Code Red Technologies receives the returned product, a replacement will be sent or the product will be repaired and returned to the customer. If Code Red Technologies agrees to replace your Product, we will endeavour to replace it from any existing stock we may have, subject to our standard delivery lead-times applicable at that time.

Any repaired or replaced Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

Products Out Of Warranty

Unfortunately we can no longer provide any out of warranty repair services.
