CMSIS 2.0 projects
CMSIS 2.0 projects are aimed at users of Code Red IDE v4.0 and later, which contains built in support for the use of these library projects within the project wizard.

CMSIS 1.3 projects
CMSIS 1.3 projects are primarily aimed at users of Code Red IDE v3.x. Generally we would not recommend their usage for new projects by Code Red IDE v4.x users, though v4.x still provides support for these libraries within its project wizard.
