Webstore

The easiest way to purchase our products is via the webstore at:

It will automatically charge the correct sales tax or VAT for your country. In Europe, if you have a VAT registration number, then you will not be required to pay VAT.

Obtaining an Invoice for products purchased through the webstore

If you have purchased a product via the webstore and would like a printable invoice, a link is provided in the "Receipt for purchase" email you will have received after your purchase. The link can be found towards the end of the email.

Replace CHXXXXXXXX with the Transaction ID for the order.

Purchasing with a PO/Invoice

If you wish to purchase our products with a Purchase Order and a Wire transfer, then please contact us for a quotation in your local currency, including the relevant VAT or sales taxes and shipping. Note that unless you have obtained credit from us, goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received.

On the purchase order we will need:

• Company Name and Address
• Shipping Address (if different)
• VAT number (if you are an EU company)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Shipping/Courier details, if using your own carrier
